As You Complete Module II: The Next Steps Towards Your ICF Credential
"Thank you all so much for everything, and for the thorough preparation for Certification. It’s hard to imagine any other training being more valuable (or with better folks, seriously). I’m very proud to be part of the SeattleCoach tribe." A SeattleCoach ACC
Well. We're already proud of you. And, once you've completed Modules I and II, we invite you to start using the SeattleCoach Certified Badge right away with your social media and signatures.
The Badge links to a page that tells the world what you've accomplished and how you've prepared yourself to be called a professional coach--even before you get ICF letters behind your name.
Then.
When you're ready to apply for international credentialing as an Associated Certified Coach (ACC):
The International Coaching Federation has instituted some major changes recently--and of course asked us at SeattleCoach to make some changes too.
Here's what it means for you when you're ready to apply for your Associate Certified Coach Credential:
If you were--and are--a member of Cohorts 1-42 or of Coaching for Leaders at Microsoft (2015-2022)
SeattleCoach started training coaches in 2008 as a credentialed ACSTH Program. If you were a member of Cohorts #1-42, that was your official pathway to credentialing. You still needed a total of ten hours of mentor coaching, but coaches paid the ICF to do Performance Reviews.
The application was different (and the process lengthier).

If you were--and are--a member of Cohorts 43 and onward!
In 2023, SeattleCoach became a credentialed Level1/Level 2 Program. If you were a member of Cohorts #43 and since, this is your official pathway to credentialing. You still need a total of ten hours of mentor coaching, but now SeattleCoach conducts your Performance Review--and the credentialing exam is a bit different.
The process is shorter.
Start by clicking here (page 195 of your Module II Playbook) to review the process. And when you're ready to schedule three hours of individual mentor coaching, followed by your Performance Review by SeattleCoach, please click on the following link or send a check for $1500 to SeattleCoach at the address below.
That's it! Scores of SeattleCoaches with ACC or PCC or MCC behind their names are cheering for you.
