Finding Your Personal Reset

Think about a time in your life when you experienced a moment or an event in which you felt all of those things on that list to the right...

Remember it as mentally and viscerally as you can.

  1. Now tell the story out loud or in writing to someone who likes you.
  2. Notice what happens to your breath and posture as you remember and talk about your experience. What would it be like to live more of your life in this energy? What would it take for you to do that?
